Legendary singer Whitney Houston has passed away today, aged 48, confirmed her rep.

TMZ is reporting that she died at the Beverly Hilton Hotel where a police crime lab vehicle was spotted.

As of yet the cause of her death has not been made public. However, the singer has battled a drug addiction for many years.
