Major sportswear manufacturer BLK has gone into receivership.
Three rugby league clubs wear on-field gear made by the company, including the Gold Coast Titans and the New Zealand Kiwis and England test teams.
“We have very little information regarding the impact at this stage,” Titans CEO Graham Annesley.
“But we are working closely with the NRL, through its licensing department, to protect the clubs interest and ensure our preparations for the 2017 season are not impacted.”
Rugby union clubs the QLD Reds, Western Force and Melbourne Rebels are also affected, alongside six AFL clubs (Adelaide, Brisbane Lions, Richmond, GWS, Gold Coast and St Kilda).
