Boozy Bus Driver Arrested after a Tour in the Hunter Valley
Passengers coming home from a day tour in the Hunter Valley on Saturday night have called Police following concerns their bus driver was intoxicated.
The tour-goers forced the driver to stop on the side of M1 at Mooney Mooney at around 7pm.
Brisbane Water Local Area Command attended the scene and subjected the 43 year old man to a road side breath test which returned a positive result.
He was taken to Gosford police station where he returned an alleged reading of 0.105.
The man has been stripped of his licence and will appear in Gosford Local Court next month.
