A number of flights inbound for Melbourne have been diverted or suspended due to a thick layer of fog blanketing the city.
Melbourne Airport says it is still open, however a number of people have taken to Twitter to complain about being diverted to Sydney.
The airport says anyone with questions should get in touch with their airline directly.
The Bureau of Meteorology has also released a road warning for drivers across the city due to reduced visibility from the fog creating dangerous conditions.
Anyone behind the wheel is being urged to use their headlights, keep further away from other vehicles and reduce speed.
More to come.
