The second boy killed in the Greenacre school tragedy has been farewelled by hundreds of mourners at Rookwood Cemetery.
The Year 3 student died last Tuesday at Banksia Road Public School alongside classmate and friend Jihad Darwiche when a SUV crashed into their classroom, the Daily Telegraph reports.
As a light blue coffin arrived in a white hearse, many paid their respects in brightly coloured football jumpers, before moving inside the Rookwood Cemetery chapel.
It comes as a funeral service for eight-year-old Jihad Darwiche was held last Thursday at Lakemba Mosque.
The alleged driver of the 4WD, Maha Al-Shennag, has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and causing actual bodily harm by misconduct in relation to the incident.
