What a day we had, watching three amateur cook do their very best to hero beautiful Australian Pork for the big $10K Piggy Cook Off.

As you'll see from the video above, it was a close call in the race to the finish. The three judges, Sophie from Taste Budds Cooking Studio, Melissa from Young George and of course, the one and only Rob Broadfield, collaborated long and hard before awarding what they thought was the deserving winner.
It was a great day, and all three dishes were a delicious homage to that most versatile of meat, Australian Pork.
